COLLINS WOODSIDE DDS Graduated from University of Washington Dental School in 1997 Completed a one year residency in general practice at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, New Hyde Park, New York Author of an award winning literature review at LIJ Medical center Taught at University of Washington Dental School for 2 years and looks forward to teaching there again. Enjoys running, biking, swimming, and supporting the Seattle Arts Community Member Tucker Gold study club Graduate Creating Restorative Excellence study club courses

Reggie
Reggie was born on the slopes of the majestic Koolau mountains on the island of Oahu. He came to Washington with is wife and son in the year of 1979. He enjoys racquetball a fondness for the guitar, and a passion for life’s humor

Michele
Michele is half of our front office staff. She has been here since 1997 and takes care of the scheduling and billing for both doctors. She is always happy to help with any questions you may have concerning your scheduling or financial matters.

Stacy
Stacy is part of our front office staff. She has been here since 1992 and takes care of insurance, scheduling, and recall. Please let her know if you have questions or concerns regarding insurance

HYGIENE

Jane
Jane, registered dental hygienist, has worked for Drs. Woodside since 1987. She enjoys working in a dental office that supports preventive dentistry. She cherishes the time spent with her two daughters, Ara and Mattie, traveling, sports, and gardening.

Carla
Carla has been a part of the office since 1999. When not caring for patients, she enjoys gardening, interior design and spending time with her grandchildren.

Karrie
Karrie been taking care of our patients since 1999. She graduated from Oregon Health Sciences University in 1993 with a bachelor in dental hygiene. Karrie enjoys biking, running, volleyball, skiing, and hiking.

ASSISTANT

Rafael
Rafael R. Gasataya, Jr. moved from the Philippines 21 years ago. He had his dental education and training from the College of Dentistry, University of the East in Manila. He started working as Dr Chester E. Woodside’s assistant in 1985 after working for Reggie for a while in his dental laboratory. He enjoys working with the office dental team in serving the patients.

Danielle
After high school, Danielle enrolled in a dental assisting program at Renton Technical College. She did a year of schooling and another year of internships at two Seattle offices. She graduated with a Certified Dental Assistant degree in 2002, She has worked for Drs. Woodside since 2002. She can usually be found assisting with Dr. Collins at the office. When away from the office, you can spot her on Lake Washington in her Kayak.
